Here's a book I would recommend to anyone using Macromedia Studio MX. Building Web Sites With Macromedia Studio MX (New Riders, 2003, ISSN 0735712727) is arguably the only book that details how to use all the packages together, rather than in isolation. Has many good tips on how to integrate your site design and basically be more organised in the design process, from start to finish. Their companion website features downloads of a sample e-commerce site, as a way of lending you a hand. Good book!
